Abstract

The staff reviews information presented by the applicant for a construction permit (CP), operating license (OL), standard design certification (SDC), early site permit (ESP), or combined license (COL) concerning averages and extremes of climatic conditions and regional meteorological phenomena that could affect the safe design and siting of the plant.
