Administrative False Claims Act

The Administrative False Claims Act (previously known as the Program Fraud Civil Remedies Act) subjects anyone who knowingly makes or submits a false claim or statement to the NRC to a civil penalty for each false claim or statement as well as an assessment of up to two times the amount of the fraudulent claim (31 USC §§ 3801-3812; 10 CFR part 13).
