Nebraska is an Agreement State. No nuclear fuel cycle facilities other than an uranium In Situ leach facility are located in Nebraska.

The NRC's Regional Office in Arlington, Texas, (Region IV) is responsible for carrying out the Agency's duties in Nebraska.
