Ohio is an Agreement State.
The NRC's Regional Office in Chicago, Illinois, (Region III) is responsible for carrying out the Agency's duties in Ohio. The NRC's Regional Office in Atlanta, Georgia, (Region II) is responsible for the inspection of the Gas Centrifuge Uranium Enrichment Facility in Piketon, Ohio.
