Research
The Research section covers NRC's regulatory research activities. Agency Program Support covers the internal resources and coordination that sustain NRC's research efforts, helping ensure research priorities align with the agency's regulatory and safety mission.

Training & Development
Training & Development covers how NRC builds regulatory expertise. Technical Training offers course materials on topics such as health physics, reactor concepts, and digital instrumentation. The Nuclear Regulator Apprenticeship Network (NRAN) is an 18-month paid program training recent graduates through fundamentals training and rotational apprenticeships. The University Nuclear Leadership Program awards grants and scholarships supporting nuclear science and engineering education.
