Florida: Agreement State Information
Florida is an Agreement State. No nuclear fuel cycle facilities are located in Florida.
The NRC's Regional Office in Atlanta, Georgia, (Region II) is responsible for carrying out the Agency's duties in Florida related to operating reactor licensees. The NRC's Regional Office in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, (Region I) oversees Florida materials licensees.
