The NRC's Regional Office in Atlanta, Georgia, (Region II) is responsible for carrying out the Agency's duties in Alabama related to operating reactor licensees. The NRC's Regional Office in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, (Region I) oversees Alabama materials licensees.
