Georgia: Agreement State Information
Georgia is an Agreement State. No nuclear fuel cycle facilities are located in Georgia.
The NRC's Regional Office in Atlanta, Georgia, (Region II) is responsible for carrying out the Agency's duties in Georgia related to operating reactor licensees. The NRC's Regional Office in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, (Region I) oversees Georgia materials licensees.
