Tennessee: Agreement State Information

Tennessee is an Agreement State.

The NRC's Regional Office in Atlanta, Georgia, (Region II) is responsible for carrying out the Agency's duties in Tennessee related to operating reactor licensees and fuel facilities. The NRC's Regional Office in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, (Region I) oversees Tennessee materials licensees.
