Michigan: Non-Agreement State Information
Michigan is not an Agreement State. The State has jurisdiction over x-ray equipment, naturally occurring radioactive materials, and certain radioactive materials that are not produced in a reactor.
The NRC's Regional Office in Chicago, Illinois, (Region III) is responsible for carrying out the Agency's duties in Michigan. No nuclear fuel cycle facilities are located in Michigan.
