Project Overview

Shepherd Power LLC (https://www.shepherdpower.com/) was formed in 2024 to support the commercialization of advanced reactors by procuring, owning, and operating these energy systems on behalf of industrial off-takers. Shepherd Power is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NOV, an American multinational company based in Houston, Texas. Established in 1862, NOV is a worldwide provider of services, equipment, and components used in oil and gas drilling and production operations, oilfield services, and the broader energy industry.
