W9 Decommissioning in a Dynamic Environment

This session will provide an overview of the decommissioning (not only reactors) status including discussions of identified challenges discovered during decommissioning in the areas of radiological, industrial, and fire protection safety. The session will also share lessons learned from the implementation of new approaches, corrective action plan management, and recent license termination processes and guidance.  In addition, the technical staff will share research and development activities to support decommissioning reviews and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
