Anthony Dimitriadis

Anthony Dimitriadis is the Branch Chief of the Decommissioning, ISFSI and Reactor Health Physics Branch in the Division of Radiological Safety and Security, in Region I. Mr. Dimitriadis has previously served as Branch Chief of Projects Branch 1, responsible for oversight of Calvert Cliffs, Nine Mile Point and Ginna, and Chief of Branch 5 responsible for oversight of Pilgrim Station and FitzPatrick. Mr. Dimitriadis was responsible for oversight of Pilgrim while the plant was in Column 4 of the NRC's ROP Action Matrix. Previous to those assignments, he served as Branch Chief of Plant Support Branch, in the Division of Reactor Safety, managing inspections associated with security and emergency preparedness. Mr. Dimitriadis has worked for the NRC Region I for 30 years and has previously served as inspector and senior inspector. He graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics.
