Andrew Rosebrook

Andrew Rosebrook is currently a Senior Reactor Analyst for NRC Region II.  Mr. Rosebrook was previously a Senior Project Engineer in the Division of Reactor Projects in NRC Region I.  He is a graduate of the California Maritime Academy with Bachelor of Science Degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Marine Engineering Technology and also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Southwest University.  Mr. Rosebrook has been with the NRC since 2004, serving in several positions of increasing responsibility in Region I’s Divisions of Reactor Safety and Reactor Projects.  He also served as an acting branch chief in Region IV.

Prior to joining the NRC, Mr. Rosebrook was a Maintenance Manager at Reliant Resource’s Mandalay Generating Station in Oxnard, California.  Mr. Rosebrook previously served as a Submarine Warfare Officer in the United States Navy where he qualified as an Engineer, was a Shift Engineer at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Unit Moored Training Ship 626 and was the Combat Systems Officer onboard the USS Hampton.  Mr. Rosebrook began his Naval Career as an enlisted Electronics Technician and qualified reactor operator.  Mr. Rosebrook is also a triathlete and marathon runner having completed the Ironman World Championships in Kona, HI and the Boston Marathon.
