This session will discuss DOE and EPRI programs that support proposed innovations and modifications that enable long-term operation of the current fleet of light water reactor nuclear power plants. NRC’s confirmatory research that supports plant sustainability in key areas supported by Materials, Concrete and Cable Aging research roadmaps will also be discussed.
