Louise Lund

Louise Lund currently serves as Director, Division of Engineering, Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research (RES) and is the agency's Standards Executive in several senior management positions, including Deputy Director, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, NRR; Deputy Director, Division of Risk Analysis, RES; Director, Division of Policy and Rulemaking, NRR; and as Director, Division of Licensing Projects, NRR.

Louis Lund received a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master of Science Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Washington State University. She is a graduate of the NRC's SES Candidate Development Program and Leadership Potential Program. She is one of the agency's recipients of the 2022 Presidential Rank Awards.
