Mr. Conde has a Degree in Physics by the Complutense University of Madrid. He has been working for the Nuclear Safety Council, the Spanish Regulatory Body, since 1984. His field of work has always been nuclear fuel, including fabrication, in-reactor operation under normal and upset conditions, and the last phases of the fuel cycle, as well as the analysis of the design basis accidents and safety systems behavior. Since 2008, is responsible of the Office of Research of the Nuclear Safety Council.
