Purpose
The purpose of this pre-submittal meeting between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is to discuss a proposed License Amendment Request applicable to Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, and Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, which would revise Technical Specification 3.5.2, "Emergency Core Cooling System - Operating," Note 1.
