Public Meeting Schedule: Welcome and Help

Welcome to the updated Public Meeting Schedule. The schedule has a new look and has been updated to enable you to search both currently scheduled meetings and previously held meetings dating back to October 1, 2003. We welcome any comments you may have.

Main Public Meeting Schedule

The Public Meeting Schedule page displays all meetings planned for the next three months. It also links to the Public Meeting Schedule: Search page.

Searching for Meetings

To search for meetings, press Search Public Meetings on the Public Meeting Schedule. The Public Meeting Schedule: Search page will appear, displaying the following search criteria. The criteria can be used individually or combined to help improve your search.

For example, if you want to see a list of meetings for the next month in your state, enter a Start Date and an End Date and select your state from the drop down list.

Start Date - Enter the date the meeting started in MM/DD/YYYY format. You do not need to enter the end date.

End Date - Enter the date the meeting ended in MM/DD/YYYY format. You do not need to enter the start date.

NRC Participants - An NRC office with representatives participating in the meeting. Select one NRC participant from the drop-down list.

External Participants - Representatives of external organizations participating in the meeting. Select one external participant from the drop-down list.

Docket Number - The number associated with a NRC license. Select one docket number from the drop down list.

Facility Contains - The name of a NRC licensed facility. Enter text that will be used to search for the facility. Do not use quotes around the text. Text is not case sensitive.

Purpose Contains - Enter text that will be used to search for meetings. Do not use quotes around the text. Text is not case sensitive.

City - Enter the name of a city in the United States.

State - Select a state from the drop-down list.
