Purpose
To support additional public interaction on the rulemaking to align licensing processes and lessons learned from new reactor licensing as described in SECY-19-0084 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML19161A169). The staff will also provide a status of the rulemaking as described in SECY-19-0084 and address public comments received since the last public meeting. The staff welcomes a discussion on the public’s views of the scope described in the SECY.
