Purpose
The purpose of this open meeting is to discuss the proposed draft, Revision 1 of Regulatory Guide 5.75, “Training and Qualification of Security Personnel at Nuclear Power Reactor Facilities” as requested by the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI). Specific areas to be discussed are: Training and qualification of a mock adversary force; Acceptable licensed health professionals; Training on use of deadly force; discussion of Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) process; and Force-on- Force exercise critiques.
