The preliminary White finding and apparent violation are discussed in NRC Inspection Report 05000280/2026090 and 05000281/2026090, dated March 24, 2026 (NRC's Agency wide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession No. ML26075C435 (EAF-RII-2026-0006)).
