The NRC and Deployable Energy Limited (DE) will initiate pre-application engagements regarding the Unity Nuclear Battery microreactor design. DE intends to cover a reactor overview, principal design criteria, fuel qualification and testing, and gap analysis/exemptions (all proprietary in nature) during the meeting.
