Purpose: The purpose of this meeting is to discuss Monticello's intention to adopt Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) 94-01 Rev 3A guidance including: (1) Allow extension of Type C test interval; (2) Adopt 9-month allowable test interval extension for Type A, B, and Type C leakage rate tests; (3) Retain previous NEI 94-01, Rev. 2A - 15 year ILRT; and (4) revise Technical Specification 5.5.11.
