Purpose
The purpose of this pre-decisional enforcement conference (PEC) is to discuss apparent violations involving the design of spent storage casks. The apparent violations are discussed in the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Inspection Report No. 07201014/2024-201, July 18, 2025 (NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML25177C973). This meeting will be a hybrid meeting and use Microsoft Teams.
