Purpose
The purpose of this meeting is to provide an update regarding the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s (NRC) ongoing efforts to revise the Baseline Security Significance Determination Process (BSSDP). Specifically, this meeting will provide an overview of the staff’s recommendations for enhancing the BSSDP to reduce subjectivity, add further risk insights, and ensure consistency in security inspection findings.
