Purpose
The purpose of this meeting is for Constellation Energy Generation, LLC to discuss with NRC staff their plan to submit a request to to use a later edition of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel (B&PV) Code, Section XI at Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1. In addition the licensee plans to discuss how it will implement its inservice testing and inservice inspection programs during the restart project.
