Purpose
The purpose of this meeting is for VEPCO to discuss its proposed amendments to Technical Specifications (TS) 3.7, “Instrumentation Systems,” and TS 3.14, Circulating and Service Water Systems,” at Surry Power Station, Unit 1 and 2. The licensee proposes to extend the allowed outage times and use temporary equipment to complete maintenance and apply carbon fiber-reinforced polymer on the inside surface of service water system piping.
