Purpose
The purpose of this pre-submittal meeting between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is to discuss a proposed license amendment request for Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, to revise Technical Specification Surveillance Requirements 3.8.1.10 and 3.8.1.14 to remove the reactive power factor requirements from emergency diesel generator testing.
