Purpose
The purpose of this pre-decisional enforcement conference (PEC) is to discuss apparent violations involving the design of spent fuel storage casks. The apparent violations are discussed in NRC Inspection Report No. 07201014/2022-201, September 12, 2023 (NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML23145A175).
