Purpose
To provide licensees and other entities subject to 10 CFR Part 26 with another opportunity to ask the NRC technical staff questions on implementing the "Fitness for Duty Drug Testing Requirements" Final Rule, which was published in the Federal Register on November 22, 2022 (87 FR 71422). The NRC staff held a previous Information Meeting with a Question and Answer session on this topic on April 26, 2023. Licensees and other entities must comply with the final rule changes by November 22, 2023. This is a Microsoft Teams webinar.
