Purpose
The purpose of this teleconference, between Vistra Operations Company LLC (Vistra OpCo) and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff, is to discuss a proposed license amendment request (LAR) to relocate refueling operations Technical Specification 3.9.3, "Nuclear Instrumentation," to the Technical Requirements Manual at the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2. This would be a pilot LAR, which was developed in coordination with the Pressurized Water Reactor Owner's Group.
