Purpose
This is a pre-submittal public meeting to discuss a proposed LAR to revise Hatch Technical Specifications (TSs) to add Risk Informed Completion Times (RICTs) for TS 3.7.1 “Residual Heat Removal Service Water (RHRSW) System” Required Action A.1 and TS 3.7.2 “Plant Service Water (PSW) System and Ultimate Heat Sink (UHS)” Required Action A.1. Additionally, the LAR proposes a change to the RICT program (TS 5.5.16) to allow a RICT of up to 45 days for Required Action A.1. for both of the above TSs.
