Purpose
The purpose of this meeting is for Indiana Michigan Power Company (I&M) to provide information on a planned amendment request for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, related to Neutron Flux channels in Technical Specification (TS) 3.3.3. The potential amendment request would, at a minimum, be a one-time request to allow one TS channel of neutron flux to be satisfied by an instrument that does not meet Environmental Qualification requirements due to the ability of control room operators to confirm reactor shutdown using other available instrumentation.
