The purpose of this presubmittal meeting, between Arizona Public Service Company (APS) and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff, is to discuss APS's planned license amendment request to adopt Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF) Traveler TSTF-487, Revision 1, "Relocate DNB [Departure from Nucleate Boiling] Parameters to the COLR [Core Operating Limits Report]" dated May 4, 2007 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML071240259), for Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2,and 3.
