Purpose
The purpose of this virtual meeting between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is to discuss a proposed license amendment request for Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, that will permanently extend the completion time to restore one train of the essential raw cooling water system to support cleaning of the 6.9 kilovolt shutdown boards.
