Purpose: The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a proposed license amendment requesting a modification to cross-tie the control bay chillers at Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant, Units 1, 2, and 3. The proposed modification would provide an alternate cooling source and would reduce the potential for a three-unit shutdown when the control bay chillers for Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, are inoperable.
