Purpose
The purpose of this teleconference, between Vistra Operations Company LLC (Vistra OpCo) and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff, is to discuss a proposed COVID-19 related exemption request to defer the annual force-on-force exercise from the second to third quarter for Calendar Year 2021 for the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
