The purpose of this predecisional enforcement conference is to discuss an apparent violation of NRC requirements related to Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station’s (PVNGS) licensed operator qualification program. The apparent violation is discussed in NRC Inspection Report 05000528/2020011, 05000529/2020011 and 05000530/2020011 dated December 15, 2020 (NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession No. ML20324A079).
