Purpose
The purpose of this teleconference, between U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and Union Electric Company, dba Ameren Missouri (the licensee), is to discuss its plans and schedule related to the submittal of planned license amendment requests (LARs) for the Callaway Plant, Unit No. 1. The licensee is planning to submit the following two LARs: (1) an LAR to adopt Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF)-439, Revision 2, "Eliminate Second Completion Times Limiting Time From Discovery of Failure To Meet an LCO [Limiting Condition for Operation]" and TSTF-505, Revision 2, "Provide Risk-Informed Extended Completion Times - RITSTF [Risk-Informed TSTF] Initiative 4b," and (2) an LAR to adopt a risk-informed 10 CFR 50.69, "Risk-informed categorization and treatment of structures, systems, and components," categorization program.
