Purpose
The purpose of this teleconference between Union Electric Company (UEC), dba Ameren Missouri (the licensee) and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff, is to discuss a planned license amendment request to defer steam generator eddy current testing for one refueling outage due to various restrictions in performing testing, caused by the current Physical Health Emergency, COVID-19. The licensee may not be able to conduct steam generator eddy current testing during the upcoming refueling outage in 2020, and would like to request the postponement of this action to the next refueling outage.
