Purpose
The purpose of this teleconference, between Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy, the licensee) and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff, is to discuss a proposed license amendment request to revise technical specifications based on revised fuel handling accident analysis related to the movement of fuel assemblies and to adopt various Technical Specifications Task Force travelers, largely related to plant operations during shutdown conditions or the movement of fuel assemblies for Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 2.
