Purpose
The purpose of this teleconference, between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and Vistra Operations Company, LLC (Vistra OpCo), is to discuss the license amendment request dated March 29, 2018, that requests NRC approval of a change to Technical Specification 3.3.2, "Engineered Safety Feature Actuation System (ESFAS) Instrumentation," Table 3.3.2-1, for Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2.
