To discuss a proposed Traveler to revise the (TS) Safety Limit (SL) value and method of calculation for the Minimum Critical Power Ratio (MCPR), SL 2.1.1.2, for Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) plants using General Electric or Westinghouse fuel.
