Purpose

NRC-requested management meeting with PSEG regarding Hope Creek to discuss the results of the NRC's special inspection into the circumstances surrounding the steam leak that occurred on October 10, 2004. The meeting will also include a discussion of the issues associated with the "B" reactor recirculation pump and the exhaust piping for the high pressure coolant injection pump.
