Integrated Low-level Radioactive Waste Disposal Rulemaking

This exhibit will highlight the NRC's efforts on a rulemaking that, if approved, would amend the NRC's regulations in 10 CFR Part 61 to revise the licensing requirements for low-level radioactive waste disposal and address Greater-Than-Class C and transuranic waste disposal requirements. This exhibit will cover the purpose of the rulemaking, the proposed changes, and the general timeline for the rulemaking.
