Jennifer Holzman

Jennifer Holzman has served as the NRC’s Senior Level Advisor on Foreign Policy since January 2018.  Ms. Holzman joined the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in 2005 as an international relations specialist and subsequently held a number of progressively responsible positions, including policy advisor for public affairs and international engagement in the office of Chairman Allison M. Macfarlane and team leader and senior international relations officer in the Office of International Programs.  Before joining the NRC, Ms. Holzman was a public affairs officer at the Federal Trade Commission.

Ms. Holzman holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Brown University and a master’s degree in European and Eurasian studies from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University.  She is married with two children and three dogs.
