Gladys Figueroa -Toledo

Ms. Gladys Figueroa-Toledo serves as an agencywide Differing Views Program Manager in the Office of Enforcement (OE). She is currently working in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) as an International Liaison Program Manager as part of a temporary assignment. Ms. Figueroa-Toledo is a co-founder of the Next Generation of Nuclear Leaders (NextGen) and is proud to play a role in transforming the agency’s culture and advancing towards being a modern risk-informed regulator. 

Ms. Figueroa-Toledo joined the NRC in 2007 as a Summer Hire and returned in 2009 as a Reactor Systems Engineer in the Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research (RES). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico and a master’s degree in Engineering from the North Carolina State University.
