Patricia Gallalee

Trish Gallalee is a Performance Improvement Specialist in the Office of the Executive Director of Operations.  She joined the NRC in 2010 in the Office of Regulatory Research as a Senior Program Manager in the Human Capital and Communications Branch, Division of Program Management.  Prior to this appointment, Ms. Gallalee worked for Fannie Mae in the Talent and Organizational Development office developing and delivering leadership and management development courses.  She began her career working in the contracts and procurement field for 15 years at Fannie Mae, Marriott, and the Montgomery County Government. She holds a Master’s Certificate in Government Contracting from George Washington University, an undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland in Human Resources and Management, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.  Ms. Gallalee is also an active member of Advisory Committee for Employees with Disabilities.  Outside of work, she has been the Chair of the Montgomery County Commission for People with Disabilities for the past 3 years.
