William H. Ford

William Ford is currently working as a Senior Physical Scientist with the NRC conducting groundwater and geologic reviews of operating nuclear reactors.  In addition to operating reactors, he has 30 years of experience with the NRC working as a groundwater hydrologist in several NRC programs including uranium milling, uranium extraction using in-situ leach technology, high-level waste repositories, low-level waste disposal work.  Prior to the NRC he worked for 10 years as a groundwater hydrologist for Westinghouse and Atlantic Richfield Company on super fund sites, uranium mining and milling, oil shale, coal gasification, and coal mining projects.
